The National Roofing Contractors Association is the most important roofing organization. It recommends building owners get a free roof inspection twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
You wouldn’t be the first person to think this is “a bit enthusiastic”:
Maybe you’ve never even had a roof inspection. Why would you? Your roof isn’t leaking.
You might be thinking, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
If you think about it, though, that’s a lot like not getting an oil change, until your car starts making funny noises.
In my own experience “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
This roof in Rohnert Park, CA needs debris removal from nearby trees and skylight replacement.
Besides, you literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain by calling us.
First off, roof inspections are free. That might make you nervous because we all know “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.”
In case you’re asking yourself “What’s the catch?” I’ll put my cards on the table.
We do want something from you, but it’s probably not what you are thinking. We wouldn’t mind some work and another happy customer. But if we don’t find anything to fix, we still get what we need.
You see, we’re builders. We NEED to build a better world. That’s one reason we’re in this business.
But the most important thing we build is good relationships, and to do that we have to build trust.
What does this mean for you?
A roof inspection is a risk-free way for you “to kick the tires”.
So back to ‘free’…
Here’s what you can expect. Give us a call. We’ll tell you if we find any problems, how urgent it is to fix them, and how much it will cost. Then you can decide how important it is, and what to do next.
Think about it:
The WORST thing that can happen is you ignore your roof and end up paying a chunk of change to fix the problem.
On the other hand, maybe we do the inspection and don’t find any problems.
That’s a nice outcome, but it’s not the best.
There’s one that is even better.
The very BEST thing that can happen is you get the inspection, find out you have a problem and nip it in the bud. You save a ton of cash, and we’re your hero.
They call me a dreamer, but I’m not the only one.
With the rains around the corner, it’s the best time to make sure you aren’t going to have any unwanted surprises.
So, what are you waiting for? Let’s build something that lasts a long, long time. Say a roof and a business relationship?
