Two Divisions, One Company
Founded in 2002, Allied Construction Services is a second-generation, veteran-owned commercial roofing contractor. Jason Rittenbach became owner after his father founded the company, taking over after serving in the Marine Corps. Over 24 years later, ACS serves building owners and property managers across Northern California from our headquarters in Livermore.
We operate as two distinct divisions, commercial roofing and commercial construction, working under one company rather than two disconnected trades. Our structure gives you a single point of contact, whether your project involves a new roof, a renovation, or both.

Any roofer in California can hold a license. ACS goes further. We’re members of the National Roofing Contractors Association, the Western States Roofing Contractors Association, and the Independent Roofing Contractors of California, and each holds us to ongoing safety, ethics, and education standards a license alone never requires. We’re accredited by the Better Business Bureau and vetted against its Standards for Trust. And our veteran-owned status isn’t a tagline: the Silicon Valley Business Journal ranks Northern California’s veteran-owned businesses every year, and ACS is the second-largest in the region.
That same standard carries into how we build a project. Most commercial jobs split roofing and construction between two contractors, and when a problem surfaces mid-project it becomes a debate over whose scope it falls under while the owner waits. ACS self-performs both divisions under a single contract. One team on site, one point of contact, one company responsible for the outcome. No finger-pointing, no gaps, no excuses.
